How many visitation orders only allow minimum contact between children and their non-custodial parents?

How many cases does a court grant primary custodialship to a father? A mother?

What do these numbers look like at the court? At the Office of the Attorney General? If parents decide themselves?

We want to educate Texas concerning the benefits of equal parenting and the detriment of our current way of doing visitation. But how severe is the problem?

At Texas TFRM we have found it necessary to quantify the problem we see in our country and specifically in our state.

Brazoria County

Tarrant County
